WHAT IS LPA?
An LPA is a legal instrument that allows you to appoint someone you trust to make decisions and act on your behalf if you lose the mental ability to make these decisions yourself in the future.
WHY SHOULD I MAKE AN LPA?
Life is unpredictable, you may lose capacity because of a stroke, a mental illness, or even an accident.
Making an LPA provides certainty and a peace of mind for you and your loved ones.
WHAT ARE
THE COSTS INVOLVED
IN MAKING AN LPA?
A small certification fee will be charged for lawyer endorsement.
These fees will be waived off if you bring a friend or family member along!
WHERE WILL THE LPA SESSION BE HELD AT?
It will be held at REPs Holdings (20 Cross St, #03-07/08 Cross Street Exchange, Singapore 048422).
